Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and secure online payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are listed in NZD.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@galahome.co.nz.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. If you're outside NZ and love what we do, feel free to get in touch - we may be able to arrange something.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by region.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Yes—if you’re not completely happy, you can return your item within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Read our Returns Policy for details.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We’re so sorry! Please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

A: We source items from local artisans and trusted international makers who share our values of quality, beauty, and craftsmanship.

A: If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out- we love helping you keep things beautiful.
Gifting
Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone?
A: Absolutely. Just select “this is a gift” at checkout and add your message. We’ll wrap it with care and exclude any pricing info.
