Delivery & Returns
At Gala Home, we believe beautiful service is part of a beautiful product. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you - and what to do if it’s not quite right.
Delivery
Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. For smaller items - you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. For larger items or furniture we use a specialist furniture delivery carrier. We will contact you to confirm dispatch details.

We offer flat-rate shipping across New Zealand to all metro areas

Final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns
We want you to love everything you receive from Gala Home. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging

Include your order number and reason for return when contacting us

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
